Jingle Bells!

It’s been a good few weeks since I’ve last looked at my blog. But to be honest today is the first day I had the chance to actually sit, chill, wind down and catch up with things. Although it’s Christmas Eve and I’m jingle all the way excited, I’ve decided to upload some more photos from my November trip to Poland. While there I’ve done a fair bit of running around in parks and forests to capture the glorious Autumn scenery. I think I’ve done a decent job.

P.S. Merry Christmas Everybody! Hope Santa will spoil you rotten this year.

All Saints Poland 2012

First lot of pictures uploaded! I was lucky to be home in time for the All Saints day. On the 1st of November people of Poland rush to the graves to pay respects to their dead relatives. The amount of lights and decorations make up a spectacular sight, particularly at night.

I’m not entirely happy with what I managed to achieve with my camera. The potential for some spectacular photos was great, but shooting at night proved to be more difficult than I thought. Especially without a tripod!

A good lesson nonetheless! Bring on the comments!

Cold out there…

I made it nearly a month without a post! Disgrace… But I have been busy! And in a good way because it involved my camera. I went home in the first week of November and filled up my memory card with some quality (I hope) shots. As there is about 600 of them, it will take me a while to select and process the best ones. But as soon as I do they will make their way on the blog! Poland can be quite charming in the autumn sun.

Unfortunately I feel that winter is not far away now. Let’s hope it’s a mild one this time.
